New Deep Vacuum Diaphragm Pump with High Suction Speed

Trenton, NJ - KNF announces the release of its latest vacuum pump, the N920. This revolutionary pump provides high flow at near-maximum vacuum, the region where traditional diaphragm pumps have the most significant reduction in performance. It achieves up to <1.3 m3/hr pumping speed and a rapid <1.5 mbar abs. ultimate end vacuum. This pump is available as a portable pump or as an OEM model with a DC or AC power connection. As a further convenience, this pump is equipped with a manual control or analog motor speed input that enables the user to vary the output of the pump to match individual system needs. This allows for quieter operation and an increased lifetime. Its unique three head design incorporates inter-head connections, means fewer moving parts, increased reliability and less expensive maintenance. The universal motor is capable of operation on 24 VDC, or AC voltages of 90 to 264 VAC at 50-60 Hz. The N920 offers excellent long term vacuum stability with its patented diaphragm stabilization system, and high efficiency valves which can be used in roughing and backing applications, including mass spectrometers and leak detectors.
