New Seal Design for Tapered Plastic Pails
The Force-Flo vacuum loader is an economical tool to move low viscosity adhesives, sealants, caulks and other materials from 5-gallon pails to caulking guns. The newly-announced version is specifically for tapered five gallon plastic pails and features a softer (60 Durometer) flexible seal. By attaching the caulking gun barrel to the outlet adapter on the loader, and pulling the follower rod of the caulking gun completely out, material is sucked into the caulking gun without contact with the material. The large diameter seal assures a positive seal for priming, keeps material free from contamination at all times, and permits the use of all the material in the pail. Loaders are available for all style and model caulking guns in the field. The new loaders' seals are color-coded (red) to distinguish them from Force-Flo's loaders for metal pails.
The loader permits the operator to load his own bulk caulking guns from 5-gallon pails. The cost savings can be significant because a single 5-gallon pail contains enough material to fill 60 10-oz. cartridges.
