Vacuum Lifter Lets One Person Pack Boxes

A fully integrated vacuum-hoist lifter that stays in place without drift when the up/down controls are released, to let one person pack and unpack boxes, has been introduced by Anver Corporation of Hudson, Massachusetts.

The Anver VM-Series Integrated Ergonomic Vacuum-Hoist Lifting System retains its position without drift when the up/down controls are released, allowing a single operator to stop and pack or unpack equipment: into boxes. Eliminating the need for two workers when packing finished goods, it has a small pad footprint for gripping and uses compressed air to create vacuum.

Featuring a two-button load attach and release mechanism for safety, the Anver VM-Series Integrated Ergonomic Vacuum-Hoist Lifting System provides 24"Hg constant vacuum holding power and a variable speed electric chain hoist for precisely positioning loads. Capacities up to 1,000 lbs. are offered with a wide selection of easy-to-change, quick-connect vacuum pads.

The Anver VM-Series Integrated Ergonomic Vacuum-Hoist Lifting System is priced from $2,895. (list), depending upon capacity and pad attachment. Literature is available upon request.
