Vacuum Gauge can be baked to 300 deg C.

Press Release Summary:

Vacuum gauge offers Bessel-Box type energy filter and axially symmetric transmission (AxTRAN) gauge head. Its measurable pressure range is 7.5 x 10E-4 torr to 3.5 x 10E-13 torr. AxTRAN is resistant to interfering noise effects caused by light, radiation, and electrostatic discharge ions. Control unit is world-voltage compatible (85V - 240VAC 50/60Hz), and offers bright LED display and 0-10V analog signal output.

ULVAC Technologies, Inc. Announces AxTRAN Total Pressure Gauge for Extremely High Vacuums

Methuen, Mass. - ULVAC Technologies, Inc. (www.ulvac.com), a leading supplier of production systems, instrumentation, and vacuum pumps for a variety of industries, offers a vacuum gauge with an axially symmetric transmission (AxTRAN) gauge head for extremely high vacuums. With its Bessel-Box type energy filter, the AxTRAN eliminates residual current caused by photoelectrons and electron-stimulated desorption ions. The gauge's measurable pressure range is from 7.5 x10E-4 torr to 3.5 x 10E-13 torr.

ULVAC's AxTRAN is resistant to the interfering noise effects caused by light, radiation, and electrostatic discharge ions. The control unit is world-voltage compatible (85V - 240VAC 50/60Hz) and features a bright LED display and 0-10V analog signal output of the pressure measurement for strip chart recording. Dual Iridium-Yttrium Oxide coated filaments are built into the UFC-070 flanged gauge head that can be baked to a maximum temperature of up to 300 degrees C.
