Vacuum Diaphragm Pumps suit roughing or backing applications.

Press Release Summary:

Driven by brushless DC motor that requires connection to 2-wire DC power, N813.4ANI Vacuum Pumps range from 50 ml/min to 30 lpm. BLDC controller design includes on-demand speed control and logic on-off feature to enable seamless integration into larger system control. Able to reach 0.5 mbar, oil-free pumps are suitable as backing turbo pumps in corrosive gas RGA, MALDI-TOF, and HPLC-MS applications.

Original Press Release:

Compact Deep Vacuum Diaphragm Pump Reaches 375 micron (.375 Torr / 0.5 mbar) for Roughing or Backing Applications Without Pump Oil

This N813.4ANI vacuum pump is driven by a brushless dc motor that requires only a simple connection to 2-wire DC power for its operation. The BLDC controller design includes an available "on-demand" speed control nd logic on-off feature to enable nearly seamless integration into the larger system control. In comparison to an AC motor, the highly efficient BLDC motor provides the ability to dramatically reduce the size of the pump-motor package, lower power usage, and significantly reduce heat generation.

This exciting BLDC technology is available in a range of KNF pump sizes from the compact 50 milliliter/minute through the 30 liter/minute pump models. Higher performance and chemical resistance versions are also available. These new BLDC pumps powerfully compliment the industry-leading range of world-class KNF diaphragm pumps now serving the vacuum industry worldwide. These pumps are ideal for backing turbo pumps in corrosive gas RGA, MALDI-TOF, HPLC-MS, or any time your application demands a quiet, oil-free rough vacuum pump.
