Low Cost Conveyor Uses Type 316SS Construction
EXAIR's new air operated 316SS Line Vac Conveyors convert ordinary hose or tube into a powerful in-line conveying system for food products, pharmaceuticals, and other bulk materials. The 316SS Line Vac features large throat diameters for maximum throughput capability.
The 316SS Line Vac Conveyors eject a small amount of compressed air to produce a vacuum on one end with high output flows on the other. Response is instantaneous. Regulating the compressed air pressure provides infinite control of the conveying rate. Construction is durable type 316 stainless steel to resist corrosion and contamination. The 316SS Line Vac can withstand temperatures to 400°F (204°C).
Five sizes from 3/4" to 2" diameter are available. Applications include hopper loading, scrap trim removal, tablet transfer and packaging. Prices start at $317. Other materials and sizes are available.
