ROCKFORD, IL - May 16, 2006 - - - - Based on Pacific Bearing Company's proven Simplicity bearing liner technology, the Redi-Rail® V Guide System provides linear motion at low noise, while maintaining high speed capabilities in harsh environments. They provide and excellent alternative with medium accuracy requirements. The Redi-Rail® V Guide System is available with various features, in different sizes, which makes them the ideal solution for linear motion applications.
The Redi-Rail® V Guide System includes: V Guide Rails, V Guide Wheels, and V Guide Bushings. The V Guide Rails are offered in four different sizes and long lengths. They are polished and induction hardened to correspond with the same size wheels. The V Guide Wheels are permanently greased providing low friction guidance. The V Guide Bushings are adjustable which allow for preload and fit. The V Guide Bushings are available for metric or english hardware depending upon the application. The linear motion applications could include machine tool doors, vending machines, woodworking machinery, carpet and textile machinery, laboratory automation, paper converting equipment, or packaging machinery.
