A line of UV-resistant spirally cut polyethylene cable wrap for bundling and protecting cables in electrical power and other outdoor applications is available from M. M. Newman Corporation of Marblehead, Massachusetts.
Heli-Tube® UV-Resistant Spirally Cut Polyethylene Cable Wrap is now offered in a 1-1/2" size that is designed for bundling, organizing, and protecting large cable groups up to 10" O.D. outdoors. Easy to install by hand without tools, it is unaffected by direct sunlight, saltwater, fuels, oils, and detergents and permits breakouts in any orientation.
Featuring a high level of abrasion protection, Heli-Tube® UV-Resistant Spirally Cut Polythylene Cable Wrap conforms to ASTM D-1044, Federal Spec. LP 390 for abrasion-resistance, and meets Mil-I-631D, and Mil-P-26692. It is ideally suited for electrical power, utilities, heavy equipment, trucking, petrochemical, and marine applications.
