Magnaflux Introduces New Vibrance® EV5000 UV-LED Black Light
New light's Innovative design delivers up to 50,000 hours of bulb life, is 30% lighter and 90% more energy efficient than traditional UV lights, and comes individually tested & certified to a wavelength of 365 + 5nm.
GLENVIEW, Illinois - Magnaflux, a division of Illinois Tool Works (ITW) and a global leader in NDT products, equipment and quality technologies announces the introduction of the VIBRANCE® EV5000 UV-LED Black Light. The new light provides a breakthrough in both UV-LED and traditional mercury vapor light technologies by incorporating up to 50,000 hours of bulb life into four high output LED clusters.
"That's almost 20 years of functional operating life under normal NDT inspection conditions, without having to worry about bulb replacement," said Ray Berry, Magnaflux Accessories Product Manager.
