Utopia Digital Technologies Adds Sapphire and In-Line Primers For HP Indigo Presses
Utopia Digital Technologies (UDT), Michelman's Exclusive NA Distributor of DigiPrime® Primers and DigiGuard® OPV's since 2004, will now add Sapphire and HP In-Line Primers to their portfolio of products. Effective October 1, 2010, HP Indigo will transition the worldwide sales and distribution of Sapphire and In-Line Primers to Michelman. As Michelman's distributor, UDT will be the sole source in North America of the HP Certified In-Line Primers for the HP Indigo 3250ws and the HP Indigo 7200ws presses, and the exclusive one-stop shop for the full range of Michelman produced primers and treatments for HP Indigo® commercial and industrial presses.
HP, Michelman and UDT understand the importance of primers relative to the precision of HP Indigo® presses and HP ElectroInk® in order to achieve the highest quality print results on diverse substrates. DigiPrime®, already the premier and HP approved treatment for papers and films will now be complemented by the Sapphire treatment and the In-Line Primers.
