GRANADA HILLS, CALIFORNIA, - J-Works has start shipping model JSB212 that has USB control of 2 Amp (60W) SPDT form 'C" relays. The SPDT relay outputs provide host
control between a common line and normally open and close connection points. There are
three (3) options for indicators of the state on each relay. Option 1 has an LED for each relay, that is on when the relay is closed. Option 2 has connectors, so external LEDs can be wired in, one pin is ground, the other is switched between USB supplied 5V or nothing. Option 3 allows the user to supply his own voltage to LED output connector. There is a 4 and 8 relay version with either screw type terminal block or KK series header. The user communicates with the module from any programming or test language that supports USB communications as shown in provided sample applications. This small form factor module replaces internal pc based plug-in cards in various test, control, monitor and measurement applications.
