Rudolph Bros. & Company is pleased to announce the availability of the Dow Hyperlast Monothane single component elastomers. These ready-formulated polyester based polyurethane elastomers are available in the hardness range Shore A20-90.

The advantages of Monothane are:

Ease of handling. It is simple, just heat, pour and cure.

No degassing

No mixing equipment

All of the ingredients used in MONOTHANE are mutually compatible. There is no need to agitate or roll the containers prior to use. NO plasticizers are used in the basic formulation. MONOTHANE resins require NO weighing out of individual ingredients...NO metering or mixing...NO rolling or agitation and NO degassing in the customer's plant. Just add heat!
