Upgrade to Conditioners Allows for Higher Temperature Range in Environmental Control Chambers
Parameter Generation & Control, a global provider of environmental control rooms and chambers has released an improved 7000 series reach-in chamber design. The conditioner, which allows for 100-200 CFM of conditioned room air, has been refitted with newly designed fans and pups that allow for an increase in temperature range from 40° to 60°C. These improvements increase the overall temperature range to 8°-60°C, within a relative humidity range of 22% to 83%.
The 7000 series come in 6, 10, 30, 40 and 60 square foot sizes, and conditioners can also accommodate 250-400 CFM. The test chambers are designed to accurately produce the temperature and humidity conditions required for stability studies, package testing, TAPPI, MIL-SPEC, and vapor transmission. Applications include diverse industries, such as pharmaceutical development and manufacturing, electronic components, food, semiconductor, paper and pulp, and anywhere precise humidity control and temperature replications are required.
