New, Fully Automatic Unscrambling Machine Accommodates A Range Of Rigid Plastic Bottles For Small-To-Medium Size Pharmaceutical Filling Operations
Burlington, VT: The fully automatic BU12 bottle unscrambler available from Flexicon America has been designed for flexibility to feed a broad variety of rigid plastic pharmaceutical bottles ranging in size from 5 ml to 100 ml to meet the rapid changeover and small to medium size production needs of pharmaceutical manufacturers and contract fillers.
The BU12 operates as either a stand-alone, self-supporting unit, or as a full-system integrated module delivering bottles from a conveyor in-feed into a Flexicon America FMB210 monobloc filling machine. Standard holding capacity of the bowl is up to 40 liters; but by adding an automatic after-feeding elevator, bottle-holding capacity can be increased to more than 100 liters. The control system is configured to be stand-alone, or to provide full-line synchronization to meet the speeds of other equipment.
Product size changeover is a fast, easy, tooless operation. When required, the operator simply and easily replaces the change parts mounted on fixing studs and secured by finger nuts.
