Flow Line Options Launches New Universal Process Display For Advanced Monitoring

Flow Line Options Corp. has developed a new process display (http://www.flowlineoptions.com/display) lineup that will allow users to locally and remotely monitor process applications through an industrial Ethernet connection. This innovative technology brings to the user the ability to data log and monitor application measurements for a fraction of the cost of a convention integrated system.

Cleveland, OH --Flow Line Options Corp. (http://www.flowlineoptions.com) (Flo-Corp), a leading manufacturer and supplier of flow, level and display instrumentation, today announced the launch of an exciting new line of universal process displays. Two new products - DigaCom(TM) and DigaTouch(TM) - advance the state of the art in process monitoring by providing users a high-performance monitoring device and infusing it with Ethernet communication capabilities.

The new displays also feature DigaLink(TM), a sophisticated PC software interface that allows users to easily connect and virtually monitor process applications worldwide. DigaLink safely delivers real-time information through a highly secure industrial communication protocol with military encryption (MODBUS®). In addition, the new software is easy-to-use and provides a great tool for data logging and monitoring critical system levels from remote locations.

"DigaCom and DigaTouch universal process displays (http://www.flowlineoptions.com/display/) allow users to truly plug 'n' play device on their network via either Ethernet connection or RS-485," said Raymond Nichols, product manager for Flow Line Options. "When combining both of these devices with our innovative DigaLink software, which includes real-time monitoring, data logging, and export to Excel features, the possibilities are endless."

DigaCom is a field mount process display(http://flowlineoptions.com/digacorp/digacom.php) that features 4-digit super bright LED indication, Modbus RS485, industrial Ethernet, digital push-button configuration, analog input with transmitter VDC power supply and universal 90-265 VAC or 12-28 VDC supply voltage.

DigaTouch - offered as a digital panel meter (http://www.flowlineoptions.com/display) or field mount display - features a touch screen interface, 6-digit super bright LED indication, Modbus RS485, industrial Ethernet and advanced plug 'n' play capabilities. In addition, DigaTouch offers an innovative design, which includes dual AC/DC supply voltage, universal I/O and isolated 4-20 mA output.

"We have developed a product offering that fits in the space between a conventional digital panel meter (http://www.flowlineoptions.com/display) and the flat screen field monitor," said Dave Grumney, president and CEO of Flow Line Options. "These display products are the result of American ingenuity and listening to our customers demands for cost affective, low price, high value products. Plus it's all made right here in the USA!"

In addition, Flow Line Options is expected to release EXmod(TM), a high-performance expansion module that will optimize the basic functions of DigaTouch.
