New Universal Locking Device for Lubricated Plug Valve
Tullytown, PA. USA. -- IMAC Systems, Inc. is proud to announce the manufacturing of a Universal Locking Device for lubricated plug valves (with button-tops). This valve locking device will work on almost all lubricated plug valves 1/2" thru 8" in size with a button top. The device is built from high quality materials, designed for a long, maintenance free service life. The Universal locking device will integrate with manufacturers including but not limited to Nordstrom(Flow Serve), Serck (Flow Serve), Rockwell and Homestead.
This locking mechanism will help companies stay within compliance of the Code of Federal Regulations, 49 Transportation, Parts 186 - 199, 192.727 that states when a customer's service is discontinued one of three steps must be followed to insure the stoppage of gas flow; option 1 is he installation of a locking device or other means to prevent opening of the shut-off valve.
The assembly will be domestically made; manufactured at IMAC Systems, Inc. in Tullytown, Pennsylvania.
