REZNOR® V3(TM) Series Unit Heaters
(Residential-Commercial-Industrial Low Profile Unit Heaters)
Introducing the Reznor® V3(TM) Series gas-fired suspended unit heaters. With this announcement, Reznor® sets a new standard of excellence in products and service. The V3(TM) Series employs the most advanced technology in combustion systems and heat exchangers in the industry. V3(TM) heaters have up to 83% thermal efficiency (the best in its class)! There are two methods of air delivery: Axial Propeller Fans and High air throw Centrifugal Blowers. The full Series is available in 14 sizes ranging from 30,000 to 400,000 BTUH gas input. Both the Axial Fan units and the Centrifugal Blower units are available in Power Vented exhaust (Standard) or in Premium Separated Combustion in all sizes. Propeller Units in sizes 30-125 are approved for residential application (the widest size range of Residentially Approved units). All sizes and styles of V3® units are CSA approved for commercial & industrial installation in the United States & Canada. All units are manufactured in an ISO 9002 or greater certified facility under the strictest quality controls. Units certified under the CE mark are manufactured and available for shipment in Europe.
Reznor® V3(TM) Series unit heaters have a "high-tech" appearance with a glossy white cabinet finish and less visible hardware. Versatile suspension with either 2 or 4 suspension points or via an optional ceiling mounting hanger kit. The low voltage terminal strip on the outside of the cabinet makes connecting control wiring easy with no panels to remove.
Inside, the V3(TM) Series features the TCORE2(TM) heat exchanger and single burner combustion system (patent pending).
Standard features include:

oPressure switch to verify vent flow
oNoise reduction motor mounting
oHigh temperature limit control. Sizes 30-125 also include a flame rollout safety switch.
oOperation is controlled through an integrated circuit board with LED diagnostic indicator lights to identify abnormalities in control functions.
