EP3HT: Rapid Curing High Strength Epoxy

Offering high temperature resistance up to +400°F [+204°C], EP3HT is an adhesive/sealant that withstands thermal cycling and many harsh chemicals. After curing, it readily obtains a tensile lap shear strength in excess of 2,200 psi and delivers first rate dimensional stability. It also has been successfully tested for 1,000 hours at 85°C/85 RH.

EP3HTS: Silver Filled, Fast Curing Epoxy

Well suited for demanding manufacturing applications, EP3HTS is an electrically conductive epoxy system featuring low volume resistivity of <0.001 ohm-cm. Cures can be obtained in 40-90 minutes at 250°F or 20-40 minutes at 300°F. This system is serviceable over the wide temperature range of -60°F to +400°F [-51°C to +204°C]. Tensile shear strengths over 1,000 psi are achieved using these fast cure times. EP3HTS has a smooth paste consistency and is easy to dispense.
