New MSP430FR6047 ultrasonic sensing microcontrollers (MCUs) from TI have an integrated analog front end (AFE) offering highly accurate measurement at all flow rates. These devices feature 256KB FRAM, a 12-bit - 8 Msps sigma-delta ADC, low-energy accelerator and AES256.

The flexible ecosystem for the MSP430FR6047 MCU family includes a hardware EVM and the MSP430 ultrasonic sensing design center’s GUI, metrology software libraries and code examples to enable quick development and customization.
