Ultrasonic Flowmeter eliminates downtime and pipe cutting.

Press Release Summary:

Utilizing clamp-on ultrasonic transducers, TTFM 1.0 Transit Time Flowmeter accurately measures liquids from outside of metal or plastic pipes. Step-by-step setup menu determines sensor mounting configuration and separation distance, while digital signal processing ensures ±1.0% accuracy. In addition to displaying flow rate/direction, totalizer, and relay status on backlit LCD, non-contact unit provides isolated 4–20 mA output and relays for flow proportional pulse output and flow rate controls.

Original Press Release:

New Non-Contacting Ultrasonic Flowmeter

No down time, no pipe cutting

Accurately measure flow from the outside of metal or plastic pipes. The new Greyline TTFM 1.0 Transit Time Flowmeter includes clamp-on ultrasonic transducers for easy flow measurement of liquids including water, oils and chemicals.

It takes just a few minutes to install and start-up a TTFM 1.0 Flowmeter with Greyline's user-friendly operating system. The step-by-step setup menu determines sensor mounting configuration and separation distance. Powerful new digital signal processing ensures high ±1.0% accuracy in a wide range of applications and operating conditions.

Flow rate, flow direction, totalizer and relay status are shown on the large, backlit LCD display. The TTFM 1.0 also features an isolated 4-20mA output and relays for flow proportional pulse output and flow rate controls. Field-installation of options is easy with plug-and-play electronics. Add a 2-million point data logger or extra control relays just by inserting the circuit boards. The smart TTFM 1.0 operating system detects the new components and adds them to the menu system automatically.
