Omegasonics Introduces Electronic Cleaning Station, Drying Chamber for Restoration of Sensitive Electronic Components

Omegasonics is introducing the Omegasonics E Series 2000 Electronic Cleaning Station and the Omegasonics Optimum 6500 Electronics Drying Chamber.

Simi Valley, CA August 9, 2006 - Omegasonics, a leading manufacturer of ultrasonic cleaning solutions, is introducing the Omegasonics E Series 2000 Electronic Cleaning Station and the Omegasonics Optimum 6500 Electronics Drying Chamber, both specially designed for the restoration of sensitive electronic components.

Low water usage is the cleaning principle behind the product pair, making the system ideal for restoration of tube-style TVs and monitors, computer routers, electrical and oscilloscope meters, and other expensive and sensitive electronics. The Omegasonics Electronic Cleaning Station uses a controlled spray as opposed to an immersion tank. A powerful exhaust blower ventilates potentially harmful vapors from inside the chamber through a filter. The built-in air gun removes heavy surface contaminants prior to wet cleaning and excess moisture prior to drying.

The Optimum 6500 Electronic Drying Chamber uses a dual blower system and heaters to maintain ideal temperature and humidity for drying components after wet cleaning in either an Omegasonics Fire Pro Ultrasonic Restoration System or an E Series Electronic Cleaning Station.

"The Electronic Cleaning Station and Drying Chamber are the perfect complement to our Fire Pro Ultrasonic systems," said Frank Pedeflous of Omegasonics. "Now, our restoration customers can clean and restore the most sensitive electronic components safely and easily."
