The T1243 is an ultra-low phase noise TCXO which is available from 10MHz to 50MHz. The T1243 features exceptional phase noise performance with a noise floor down to -165dBc/Hz, while also offering low acceleration sensitivity options down to ≤7x10-11/g. This allows the T1243 to provide superior phase noise performance under vibration compared to typical TCXOs. The T1243 series is available in a SMT package, and is built to handle significant shock and vibration levels. Temperature stability is ±2.0ppM over -40 to +85°C, with good long term stability as well. The T1243 is perfect for mobile applications requiring excellent phase noise while using minimal input power with essentially no warm-up time.
