Ultra - Low Noise Amplifiers, Driver Amplifiers, and Low Loss Phase Shifters on Display by Custom MMIC at IEEE International Symposium on Phased Array Systems and Technology

Chelmsford, MA – Custom MMIC, a leading developer of performance driven monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMICs) is pleased to announce their attendance at the IEEE International Symposium on Phased Array Systems and Technology October 18 - 21st in Waltham, MA at Booth #7 with a focus on ultra-low noise amplifiers, driver amplifiers, and low loss phase shifters.

With a large suite of high-performance MMIC’s that leverage III-V processes and over 10 years of experience in military and radar applications, Custom MMIC provides signal chain solutions with a growing library of nearly 100 standard product MMICs. This year will be featuring a breadth of amplifiers including three new low phase noise amplifiers, Ka-band driver amplifiers with stable gain, GaN power amplifiers, and GaN LNA’s with power handling capabilities up to 5W.

Custom MMIC will also be showcasing new GaAs SPDT to SP8T switches with fast switching times as low as 1.8 ns for beam steering in military applications. S-band and Ku-band four- and five-bit phase shifters will also be featured.
