UL 94 V-0 Rated Potting & Encapsulating Compounds
Today’s electronic assemblies must perform in some of the harshest environments. Many high-value designs require the use of an Underwriters Laboratory (UL) Listed Potting and Encapsulating Compound. Engineers can now select from several different products that have passed the difficult self-extinguishing UL test.
The following epoxy and urethane products will meet many of the engineering design demands of today’s electronic and aerospace assemblies:
20-2362 FR Low durometer and low viscosity urethane.
50-2369 FR Thermally conductive and thermal shock resistant urethane.
50-3150 FR Thermally conductive epoxy. It can provide an RTI rating of 130°C with Cat. 30.
50-3152 FR Thermally conductive epoxy with an easy to use 1:1 mix ratio and CTI rating of >600 volts.
