V495ME01-LF offers an ultra low phase noise performance of - 113dBc/Hz @10kHz offset (typ). It provides an average tuning sensitivity of 10 MHz/V and covers the bandwidth between 0.4-4.5 V. This VCO provides an output power of 1±3 dBm at DC supply voltage of 5V drawing only 8mA (typical) over the extended operating temperature range of -40º to 85º C.
V495ME01-LF comes in Z-COMM's MINI package measuring 0.50 in. x0.50 in.x0.16 in. This amazing VCO is ideal for automated surface mount assembly and reflow.
