UFP Technologies Provides Beerhugs with Insulated Grip to Keep Hands Warm Even with the Coldest Beverages

GEORGETOWN, MA - UFP Technologies, Inc., a leading manufacturer of custom engineered packaging materials, announces its partnership with Beerhugs, a manufacturer of innovative beverage accessories, to provide the insulated grip for Beerhugs® drinking mugs. Beerhugs are thick, glass mugs with foam handles that are designed to keep beverages cold and hands warm.

UFP Technologies' molded foam grips are insulated and remain at room temperature when Beerhugs are removed from the freezer. The insulated handle is permanently adhered to the mug, ensuring a secure grip without wet and slippery hands. When removed directly from a freezer, UFP Technologies' insulated foam handles are proven to maintain an average temperature of 70º F, while the average glass temperature remains at 15º F.

"We are very excited about this partnership with UFP Technologies," says Geoff Mott, president of Beerhugs. "Their insulated foam handle provides an integral part of the beer drinking experience."

Beerhugs are also dishwasher and freezer safe for both residential and commercial machinery. Beerhugs can be decorated with either text or logos, and the foam grips are available in a variety of colors.
