Small Packaged UF Plant Treats 250 GPD of Mop Water


Sanborn Technologies, Fall River, MA offers the UF 250 Ultrafiltration membrane system as a complete packaged plant to minimize disposal of oily wastewater for manufacturing facilities. The system includes a 180 gallon process tank with level controls, a 50 gallon cleaning tank and comes with standard options such as a transfer pump and a free-oil removal separator.

UF technology has been proven worldwide to meet most local discharge standards. Advanced membrane materials and economical system design allow Sanborn's line of UF systems to be suitable for processing oily manufacturing wastes such as used coolants,
floor washings, aqueous parts washer discharges and vibratory finishing effluents.

System designs range from 50 to 10,000 Gallons per day. All systems are available as free standing components or can be used in conjunction with existing waste treatment equipment to improve the quality of water discharged.
