Tyler Technologies Signs ERP Contracts with California's Clovis and Saddleback Valley Unified School Districts


Tyler to provide its Munis® solution to two California school districts

DALLAS - September 16, 2010 - Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) announced today that is has reached agreements to provide its Munis® enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution, part of Tyler's complete School Solution, to California's Clovis Unified School District and Saddleback Valley Unified School District. The agreements, valued at approximately $2.3 million in total, include software licenses, maintenance, support and related professional services.

Clovis and Saddleback Valley were both looking for an ERP solution that was user-friendly and fully integrated, yet flexible enough to meet the changing needs of the K-12 public education systems. Both districts also wanted clearly defined implementation processes, as well as change management and business consulting services to address business practices.

Clovis Unified School District is comprised of 31 elementary schools, five intermediate schools, five high schools, one adult school and six alternative education campuses. Its more than 38,200 students come from the City of Clovis and the City and County of Fresno. Saddleback Valley Unified School District, in South Orange County, includes 24 elementary schools, five intermediate schools, six high schools and four alternative education schools.
