Tyler Technologies Signs ERP Contract with Connecticut Town & School District

Town and school district of Ledyard, Conn., select Tyler's Munis® ERP SaaS solution
Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) has signed a 10-year software as a service (SaaS) contract with the town and school district of Ledyard, Conn., for Tyler's Munis®enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution. The agreement includes hosting services, related professional services, maintenance and support.
After a competitive request for proposal (RFP) and demo process for a robust off-the-shelf solution, Ledyard selected Tyler's Munis ERP SaaS solution to replace their obsolete system that separately isolated the town and school district's financial information. The town, with an approximate population of 14,500, and school district will invest in a wide range of Munis applications, including financial management, human capital management, employee self service and content management. Munis will be hosted and administered at Tyler's wholly owned data center in Yarmouth, Maine.
