Two New Features Make IntraLinks on-Demand Workspaces Faster, Easier to Manage


NEW YORK, Oct. 23 / - IntraLinks®, the leading provider of workspaces for secure document exchange, announced the addition of two new tools - Workspace Builder(TM) and Download Wizard - to enhance the user experience for IntraLinks' On-Demand Workspaces(TM). These tools will help clients to more efficiently manage business-critical information.

Workspace Builder streamlines the workspace set-up process by giving clients a more powerful, intuitive way to upload and organize large amounts of documents. Using Workspace Builder, clients can compile and organize information in their workspaces by adding multiple files or whole folder structures at one time. The new tool also allows for seamless document upload that automatically indexes and numbers files. To reorganize their workspaces, clients can simply drag and drop information.

The Download Wizard tool enables users to download all of the items they have access to in a particular workspace or folder en masse. Users can search and filter for particular documents across multiple workspaces with keyword, "new since" and "unread only" searches. Following a search, users can view file size, number of attachments and other details, then download and print desired files in bulk.
