Bensenville, IL...NAS Precision is proud to introduce the brand new Q-Force(TM) Drill. The reaming process is eliminated with this new drill, by combining a drill and reamer all in one tool.
The unique, double cutting edge of the Q-Force(TM) Drill is what makes drilling and reaming possible at one time. The primary cutting edge cuts the material, while the secondary cutting edge provides a reaming effect, leaving superior surface finishes.
In addition, reduced cycle times and reduced tooling costs can be achieved by using one tool instead of two. The Q-Force(TM) Drill is available as a stepped drill, and micron tolerances are also available.
