Two IDNs Expand OB-Windows Structured Reporting System

HOUSTON - Kaiser Permanente in Atlanta, Ga., recently expanded their Digisonics OB-Windows ultrasound structured reporting system. Kaiser Permanente's multi-facility, integrated delivery network (IDN) also purchased Digisonics HL7 interfaces for Orders-In and Results-Out with their Epic Radiant information system, along with an enhanced Digisonics DigiLink interface which will provide physicians with access to PDFs of the OB-Windows structured reports from Epic Radiant.

Another IDN facility, Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, with more than 16 facilities in the Houston, Texas area, also expanded their OB-Windows Structured Reporting System. The long-time customer has added the OBLink module which will auto-populate patient biometry from their Philips iU22 ultrasound system to the Digisonics software, eliminating manual worksheets for a streamlined and more efficient clinical workflow.
