Thomas C. Wilson Inc. Introduces New Tube Roller for Better Efficiency And Quality

Thomas C. Wilson Inc. has introduced the Wils-Tronic(tm) (patent pending), a new electronic tube expanding drive designed to improve productivity and seal consistency for any boiler/heat exchanger or HVAC application. The Wils-Tronic's new technology maintains constant speed throughout the entire tube rolling process - even at various torque settings - making it faster than conventional tube rollers and eliminating the possibility of under- or over-rolled tubes. The Wils-Tronic features a telescopic arm that helps eliminate operator fatigue and increases rolling productivity by 30 percent.

Designed for easy use, the Wils-Tronic offers three modes of operation (manual, full automatic and programmable), and its auto cycle allows forward, auto-reverse, dwell and torque. For flexibility, it can connect to other tools including expanders, tube facers, weld mount cutters and reamers. The Wils-Tronic also runs quieter than similar machines.

Other features include a heavy duty industrial design, automatic phase checking, fully programmable keypad and security lockout by password. It is available in 230V 3 Phase 50 or 60 Hz, or 440V 3 Phase 50 or 60 Hz, with speeds ranging from 30 to 1,200 RPM. Programmable torque is available from 1 to 300 ft. lbs.

Thomas C. Wilson Inc. offers high-quality tools for building, repairing or maintaining heat exchangers, boilers, condenser, chillers/absorbers and similar equipment.
