SAN JOSE, CA -February 10, 2004- Successful laser cutting of thin-wall small diameter tubes for medical use requires a precise combination of the proper equipment married with applications expertise. Laser operators need to have a thorough understanding not only of the properties of the material being cut - whether titanium, Nitinol, stainless steel, or other - but also of the laser being used to avoid expensive waste.
