Trutec Adds Heat Treatment Capacity
Springfield, Ohio - Trutec Industries Inc. has announced that the Springfield Heat Treatment Plant located at 4700 Gateway Blvd. will add new equipment capacity. Trutec - Springfield will install a new heat treatment furnace with dual-capacity Gas Carburizing / Gas Soft Nitriding (Gas Ferritic Nitrocarburizing) capabilities. This new equipment will add heat treatment capacity to the Trutec facility beginning in July 2012. The new state of the art equipment will be capable of processing load sizes of 36 inch wide by 48 inch deep by 36 inch tall and up to a weight of 3,500 pounds. Additionally the newly installed furnace will be equipped with both a top cool chamber and an oil quench for maximum flexibility to satisfy multiple customer requirements.
