Despatch TA Truck-In/Walk-In Ovens Ideal For Industrial And Clean Process Environments
MINNEAPOLIS - November 1, 2001 -Despatch introduces the new TA Truck-In/Walk-In Ovens, designed to provide process versatility. reliability and consistency in aging, drying, curing, bonding, finish baking, and heat-treating applications. Well suited for use in rugged, industrial environments as well as in clean rooms, these ovens operate at up to 650°F and are ideal for applications that require tight temperature tolerances or uniformity.
Uniform Airflow and Temperature Consistency
At the heart of the oven's uniform, horizontal recirculating airflow system are perforated, aluminized steel walls with an adjustable port to control airflow as needed. A high-volume fan
circulates air through the supply ductwork to create a constant horizontal airflow across all sections of the oven, providing for superior temperature uniformity and consistent product
Improved Control Panel
The UL-listed open industrial control panel can be accessed from the front of the oven to conserve floor-space. The TA oven features Despatch's programmable, microprocessor-based
Protocol Plus(TM) controller, which is easy to use for both simple and complex applications. Operators can start single and multiple temperature applications with the push of a button.
Multiple temperature operations are controlled by up to eight programs with eight ramp and soak segments in each program.
Using Despatch's oven networking software, controllers can be networked and connected to a host computer, allowing for centralized operation, monitoring, and data logging of one or more ovens.
The TA oven features a sturdy, welded, double-wall construction, a thick wall of glass fiber insulation, and heavy-duty, high-temperature door gaskets. An aluminized steel interior minimizes corrosion and provides for longer oven life.
Reduced Installation and Shipping Time
Each oven is shipped fully assembled and wired to minimize installation time. Once the oven is in place, users can simply make the electrical power connections and turn it on. Additionally, every oven receives a quality and performance test before shipment.
