DEER PARK, N.Y., JUNE 29, 2008 - The new Cullmann 4305 Grounder/Macro with a leg spread of nearly 6 feet provides optimum stability for nature photography and is ideal for macro, architectural, or portrait photography. Each leg segment is independently adjustable, which aids in locking the tripod on uneven terrain. This makes possible creative photographic shots from almost any surface. The center column is easily removed from the main body of the tripod via a spring-loaded locking screw. Once removed, the center column can be inserted "upside-down" with the tripod collar, facilitating close focus/macro photography. Large, easily adjustable lever locks allow fast, easy height adjustments. MSRP $179

Manufactured of high-strength, super light aircraft alloy, the black anodized leg segments feature a unique octagonal profile. This design enhances the rigidity of the tripod, especially under load. The lightweight alloy keeps each of the tripods under 4 lbs. Full length, ergonomic rubber grips cover all three legs for comfortable non-slip handling in wet and cold weather. A specially designed Adapter Plate provides a sturdy mounting platform and features a reversible ¼"- 3/8" camera stud that can accommodate any camera or equipment. The 4305 has a load capacity without head of 17lbs. Maximum and minimum heights are: 57" and 14" respectively.
