Tridak® Filling Systems Now CE Marked for Global Distribution
Torrington, Connecticut — Two popular Tridak® filling systems are now CE marked, making them available globally. The Model 1050 syringe filler and Model 2200 cartridge filler are available in the UK through the company’s new distributor, Asmech Systems Ltd. and directly from Tridak in other regions.
The Tridak Model 1050 is designed to fill individual syringes quickly and accurately from a material reservoir. The system, which requires manual loading and unloading, is ideal for low-volume production and is an excellent alternative to filling syringes manually. It utilizes a Model 830 disposable fluid path valve that makes material changeover fast and easy while minimizing cross-contamination. The valve also features adjustable suck-back for accurate, clean cut-off of stringy or tacky materials.
The Tridak Model 2200 cartridge filling system offers void-free, accurate, and consistent filling of most single- and dual-component cartridges and syringes typically used for epoxies, dental materials, silicones, and pastes. It utilizes a bottom-up filling process combined with a special low-clearance nozzle design for efficiency and user-friendly operation. The system also incorporates disposable fluid path valve technology which eliminates cross-contamination and minimizes cleanup and downtime during product changeover.
