The Douglas Direct Load Tray Packer utilizes patent pending pinless metering technology to increase line speed and efficiency. Unique pinless technology smoothly and rapidly transfers glass jars, PET bottles, and cans from the infeed to the metering section without the use of metal pins. Pinless metering also provides for a considerably quieter plant environment while metering glass jars.
