Eagle Introduces New Tray Carts For Electronic Material Handling Operations
Clayton, Del., May 17, 2002 -- New electronic tray carts from Eagle MHC offer a practical, economical method of storing and transporting trays. These carts are designed to maximize product visibility, while adding ease and flexibility to manufacturing, assembly and material handling operations.
Each tray cart features an open-wire construction for high visibility and reduced dust build-up, in a choice of side- or end-loading models for convenient storing and transporting. Tray carts are 69" high and assemble easily in minutes, without the use of tools. They can be made conductive by adding an optional drag chain or ESD cable.
Also available are vibration-dampening tray cart models in full- or half-sizes, featuring specially designed polyurethane swivel casters with expander stems that dramatically reduce vibration during transfer. These carts are made ESD-safe via the use of aluminum split sleeves and a grounding device. Front and back locks are also included to ensure product safety. Full-size models are 62 3/8" high, while half-size models are 49 3/8" high.
