Conductive Tray Carts Move Electronics Static-Free

BREA, CA-Production Systems Group (PSG) introduces two new Conductive Tray Carts to provide electronics manufacturers an efficient and ESD-safe mode of material transport within the plant. Conductive Tray Carts store and transport printed circuit boards safely and easily on 26" x 20" ESD trays with ESD protective mats. A locking safety arm at each end keeps the trays securely in place. Conductive carts are available with standard or ESD casters. The ESD trays and ESD tray mats used
on these carts are sold separately by PSG.

PSG Conductive Tray Carts are offered in two heights: 46" or 64". The 46" model provides capacity for 20 trays, while the 64" model stores up to 30 trays. The optional rigid dissipative trays protect circuit boards from flexing and provide maximum weight capacity of 25 lbs; the carts will handle up to 425 lbs
each. Users can opt to equip the trays with static dissipative foam mats to assure ESD protection.

The carts roll on durable 4" hard rubber-wheeled, "Total Lock" casters. These casters, available in either standard or ESD versions, provide simultaneous wheel braking and swivel lock for stable positioning during cart loading and unloading. Durable powder coat paint, available in several colors, delivers a long-life, easy to maintain finish. A drag chain completes the features, channeling any static electricity to ground.
