Transmitters provide measurement only.

Press Release Summary:

XTC330 transmitters measure differential pressure, level, and flow. They feature silicon-based, dual-capacitor pressure sensor and hermetically sealed pressure capsule. Units can be remotely re-ranged, calibrated, and configured via HART(TM) protocol devices, including control systems, panelboard instruments, and universal handhelds. Over 36 months, stability for absolute gauge, differential pressure and level are .03% of upper range limit and accuracy is .075% of calibrated span.

MycroSensor(TM) Technologies Introduces New Line of XTC Instruments

XTC330 Line provides high-performance measurement for those who don't need integrated controller

PHOENIX (July 22, 2002) - MycroSENSOR(TM) Technologies, which develops and manufactures precision measurement and specialty sensor products for the process industries, has introduced a new line of instrumentation featuring industry-leading performance in an economical package.

MycroSENSOR Technologies' XTC330 line of transmitters - which includes instruments for measuring differential pressure, level, and flow - features the ruggedness, stability and accuracy of the XTC340 line of transmitter-controllers from which it is derived. However, the XTC330 devices are designed for measurement only, making them ideal for users who do not need integrated control capabilities.

"We've found that many users want instruments with exceptional stability and accuracy, yet prefer to use separate controllers. For those users, the XTC330 line provides the perfect blend of high quality and exceptional value," said Jay Corley, president of MycroSENSOR Technologies.

All of the XTC330 and XTC340 instruments feature the silicon-based dual-capacitor pressure MycroSENSOR and the hermetically sealed pressure capsule, which combine to deliver high performance with minimal maintenance. In addition, all XTC models can be remotely re-ranged, calibrated and configured via a number of HART(TM) protocol devices, including control systems, panelboard instruments and universal handhelds.

MycroSENSOR Technologies' XTC instruments are among the most stable and accurate measurement devices available. Over 36 months, the stability for absolute gauge, differential pressure and level are .03 percent of upper range limit and accuracy is .075 percent of calibrated span.

Details on the XTC lines as well as all of the other MycroSENSOR Technologies products are contained in the company's catalog, which can be downloaded in .pdf format from the company's newly redesigned website at mycrosensor.com. All products are sold through MycroSENSOR network of distributors, a full list of which also is located on the website.
