Manufacturing efficiency is improved and downtime reduced by aligning production equipment with the Laser Microgage and this newest Azimuth Transit Plate. Precision measuring and alignment to 0.001 inch over distances of 50 feet with this new tool is ideal for machinery installation, aligning rollers and guides, adjusting machine tools and much more.
The Laser Microgage system is a versatile measuring and alignment product for manufacturing and engineering applications. The laser transmitter, mounted on this new Azimuth Transit Plate, projects a precise laser reference beam that can be leveled, turned, and positioned to precise locations. A digital receiver picks up the laser beam and provides a display of the measurement being made.
