Low Fogging Transfer Film for Automotive Assembly Applications



Windsor, Connecticut - January 18, 2005.... Scapa North America offers Unifilm® 619A, a low fogging adhesive transfer film for automotive assembly applications such as trim and interior panel bonding, mirror assembly, and foam lamination for gasketing and NVH reduction.

This high performance acrylic adhesive transfer film offers high initial wet out, excellent adhesion, and long-term aging on a wide variety of urethane foams and low surface energy materials. The adhesive provides extremely high tack, quick stick, and peel strength, as well as excellent humidity and water resistance. Unifilm® 619A performs well in a wide range of temperatures and meets the requirements of several OEM specifications. The product is available in thicknesses of 2 to 5 mils.
