For structural and decorative use, Unifilm(R) U802 from Scapa North America is an acrylic transfer adhesive used to attach architectural tension membranes to a wide array of metal frames. This product is also used for a variety of seaming and repairing applications in tension membrane buildings, tents and canopies.

Unifilm U802 laminates well to a variety of substrates including low surface energy plastics and untreated polyolefins. This transfer adhesive provides high initial adhesion and quickly builds to a peel strength of 149 oz./inch. U802 withstands a range of environmental extremes and offers excellent UV, humidity and temperature resistance. The adhesive also provides superior chemical resistance and long-term
