FastPic(TM) TXP transaction processor software from FastPic Systems provides an easy-to-use interface that permits extended inventory, personnel and equipment management of inventory using the database of facilities existing host software systems such as ERP, WMS and LESA.
FastPic TXP software is designed to manage one or multiple workzones where different types of storage and retrieval systems and methodologies are integrated into a single operation. The software can also work with virtually all manual and automated storage and retrieval systems including shelving and racks, pick light systems, horizontal and vertical carousels, and VLMs (Vertical Lift Modules) used in storage and retrieval operations. The software runs on Windows 95, 98, NT, and 2000.
With FastPic TXP software as an interface, the host system can send pick, cycle count and replenishment orders, or any combination of these transactions in batches, directly to the storage and retrieval system for processing. When used in conjunction with automated storage and retrieval systems, FastPic TXP software locates stored items and drives the hardware system to deliver the items to the operator. In manual systems, FastPic TXP software prints optimized pick lists that guide the operator through the most efficient pick sequence.
