Maxstream Launches Certified RF Training Programs

Wireless Education For Engineers, Integrators & Technical Sales

LINDON, UTAH - January 30, 2004 - MaxStream, Inc., the worldwide leader in wireless device networking, announced today the launch of its new MaxStream Certified RF Training Programs. Each program involves a one or two-day course covering basic to advanced RF essentials along with more in-depth training on utilizing MaxStream products and technology. These programs can help embedded and systems designers build efficiencies into RF data systems at the board level and in the field, reducing time-to-market and improving ROI for MaxStream-enabled products and systems.

"Participants in our training have mentioned they learned practical and valuable concepts not previously taught to them, even at the graduate school level," said Nick Mecham, Vice President at MaxStream. "Our customers benefit from these programs by learning how to make their wireless products perform at optimum levels, how to design systems that utilized fewer radios, and how to configure wireless systems to work within different networking topologies."

MaxStream offers three levels of certification. The MaxStream Certified Engineer (MCE) training is available for board-level designers, the MaxStream Certified Integrator (MCI) training is available for systems integrators, and the MaxStream RF Specialist (MRFS) training is available for technical sales and installation personnel.
