Keep conveyor belts on track with Arch's Tri-Return Training Idler

- the only patented idler of it's kind!

Paducah, KY (August 2002) - Misalignment of conveyor belts can wear the edge of belting, damage conveyor structures and cause material spillage. The spillage will decrease the life of idlers, increase overhead due to cleanup costs and is a serious safety issue. Thanks to Arch Environmental Equipment, Inc., a patented concave arrangement of three idler rolls on a center pivot can keep the belt on track and to avoid these problems. The Arch Tri-Return Training Idler is the only trainer on the market with this patented design!

Unlike conventional trainers with a single idler roll, the Tri-Return design incorporates three idler rolls, meaning the belt is supported by six bearings versus two as found in a standard single flat roll. The center roll is horizontal and the two outer rolls are at a descending angle, allowing the Tri-Return Training Idler to fit the full cup of the belt. This design allows the Tri-Return to automatically correct misalignment when it occurs. The trainer rolls are covered in rubber to reduce buildup, increase the life of the rolls, and to speed reaction time. The Tri-Return Training Idler easily replaces existing return idlers with low maintenance and simple installation.

The Tri-Return Training Idler can be used effectively alone or with the Simplicity Slider System, the Simplicity Impact System and any of Arch's Sealing Systems to prevent spillage.
