TCC to Add Kansas and Nebraska to its ITS Market Reach
Anaheim, Calif.- Econolite today announced that it has expanded its distributor agreement with Traffic Control Corporation (TCC) (Woodridge, Ill) to include the states of Kansas and Nebraska effective January 1, 2013. TCC, currently a channel partner in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and North and South Dakota, will now enhance access to Econolite's Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) strategies by reaching additional key Midwest regions.
According to TCC President John Lizzadro, Jr., TCC expects its successful channel partnership with Econolite to continue in Kansas and Nebraska. "We are excited with the opportunity to expand our role in providing Econolite's suite of innovative traffic management solutions," said Lizzadro. "Our depth of knowledge and experience working with Econolite on key projects throughout our existing territories will be invaluable as we quickly ramp up to meet the transportation needs of customers in Kansas and Nebraska."
Econolite and TCC have a long-standing channel relationship, spanning more than 60 years. The many successful joint transportation and ITS projects represent new levels of industry standards for reductions in traffic congestion and vehicle emissions while increasing mobility and safety.
