IKEY Introduces NEMA 4X Desktop/Panel Mount Trackball Units
Austin, TX - October 1st, 2004 - Continuing its innovative line of rugged computer pointing devices, IKEY has introduced its first two industrial trackball models. The desktop TB-DT and panel mount TB-PM offer solid state, optical trackball technology, in completely sealed and waterproof enclosures. Featuring NEMA 4X protection, the TB-DT and TB-PM's rugged 38mm trackballs sit inside polycarbonate housings within stainless steel cases or bezels. The trackballs are easily removable for convenient cleaning, while an adjustable tension ring ensures the proper amount of trackball smoothness for any user. In addition, the TB-DT and TB-PM feature sealed, stainless steel switches, including a programmable button. The TB-DT and TB-PM are ESD-safe, and available with the choice of either PS/2 or USB cables.
